Clinic Schedule

The Crawford County Public Health offers child, adolescent and adult immunizations during our weekly immunization clinic at the health department and our monthly immunization clinic in New Washington. Please call for an appointment. We can be reached at (419)562-5871 ext. 1209.

Vaccine preventable disease rates are at their lowest level ever, however immunization coverage rates remain sub optimal. Educational outreach regarding current vaccines continues to be a priority of the public health nurses.

The charge for vaccines made available by the health department will be billed to your insurance carrier if immunizations are a covered benefit on your plan. Deductibles and coinsurances will apply. To help us with this process, please have your insurance card ready.
