DIRECTOR OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
The Director of Environmental Health is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of all environmental health programs. This role ensures alignment with the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) Standards and Measures, integrating the 10 Essential Public Health Services (EPHS) into all division functions. The Director leads environmental health initiatives, oversees grant-funded projects, coordinates community health programming, and fosters partnerships that advance equity, innovation, and community trust. Must meet the eligibility and licensure requirements as a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code 4736 with at least three (3) years’ experience in a leadership role. WIC HEALTH PROFESSIONAL
We are currently seeking a full-time WIC Health Professional to provide nutrition education and counseling with special emphasis on the nutritional needs of pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, infants and children under the age of five years old. The minimum qualifications are: Registered Dietitian and Ohio Licensed Dietitian (RD/LD), Registered Nurse (RN), Dietetic Technician (DT) with two-year associate degree. DIRECTOR OF NURSING
The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, evaluating, and reporting for ongoing and new projects in the Division of Nursing. Nursing actions are directed toward the goals of prevention, assessment, risk reduction, and health status improvement for individuals, families and communities. The Director promotes and supports population health in Crawford County by providing senior management, leadership and public health expertise. Provides technical assistance and information to individuals, families and groups regarding public health issues. Must meet the eligibility and licensure requirements for a Registered Nurse as specified in OAC 4723-7-01 with five (5) years of supervisory experience. Must meet the continuing education requirements for a Registered Nurse as specified in OAC 4723-14-03.
